Had an amazing stay in a Corner Suite! The spacious rooms were a total game changer. Plentiful restaurants nearby, and I loved the beautiful Christmas decorations around the hotel.

The location of the Grand Hotel Sofia is exceptional. Just a short stroll to major attractions and a lively pedestrian street. My Superior Double Room was spacious and clean, making it extremely comfortable. The staff provided attentive service, particularly at the hotel's restaurant, Shades of Red, where the food exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the breakfast variety as well. However, there were a couple of areas needing improvement. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was spotty at times, which was inconvenient. Temperature control could have been better. I found the room a bit warm and had trouble adjusting it. Overall, these issues slightly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the spacious Executive Room with beautiful views. The staff were incredibly attentive, even preparing a cot for our little one without us asking! Also, we loved the fantastic breakfast spread each morning.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meals available during dinner.

Request for a room on a lower floor if you prefer easier access to the street during winter, when snow can make getting in and out tricky.

It was just a solid selection for a holiday in Sofia with good value considering price it charged. The lobby is nice, and check-in was easy. Make sure to try out the restaurant for some good Bulgarian food options.

I had the most good stay in a Superior Double Room! The fine marble bathroom gave me total luxury while the elegant decor transported me to another time. Plus, the breakfast was a treat, featuring a live egg station that made my mornings lovely!

I really enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights in an executive room with stunning views of the city. The spa facilities were a perfect escape, especially the relaxation area and the soothing massage services. The only hitch was figuring out the coffee policy. watch out for those chargeable capsules! 😊
